The Site is operated by Calico Global Pty Ltd and been created to provide information, personalised healthy lifestyle goals and measurable outcomes for our users. Calico enables our users to collect, transport, analyse and view physiological data. (the "Calico Services"). This Privacy Policy sets forth Calico's policy with respect to information including personally identifiable data ("Personal Data") and other information used in that purpose and collected from visitors of our Site.

Calico.com.au has a strict privacy policy whereby any information that is collected (including details during registration of the Activity Log and as a Provider) will not be disclosed to outside companies. Personal information is only collected when provided and not simply from visiting the website. The contact information provided will only be used to send updates and provide information as requested by the individuals. You may also be contacted to provide any feedback for research purposes and for improvements to the website.
Information collected including overall Activity Log data is grouped together for research and health promotion purposes only, however no individual data will be disclosed. For example, you can see how your activity level compares with other Calico users in your age group.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT & HOW WE MAY USE IT
Calico has been developed to measure your progress and motivate you towards a healthy lifestyle. We are all different, and by giving the correct information about your own activity and biometrics, Calico can closely estimate how hard (or easy) it is for you to 'be active'. This is further improved by calibrating your activity levels with our outdoor Fitness Totems. Information includes age, weight, height etc and we use this data to work out your personal goals.
PURPOSE OF THIS WEBSITE
The information on the Calico.com.au website is designed to support, not replace, the relationship that exists between a patient/site visitor and his/her GP, health professional and/or personal trainer.
As part of our service to you, we will develop aggregated (group averages) information from all our users. This allows you to compare your efforts against the other users of Calico.com.au on your personal reports. We share the aggregate data as a 'population health' surveys for general release to the public, other interested parties and educational establishments.
Population Health studies are very important to ensure we can appropriately design the activity support services for the future. If you don't want your data to be used in the group study, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
No reporting will be linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
When you order products from us, we request information from you that will include your credit card details and shipping address. This information is used for billing purposes and filling your order only. If we have problems with your order, the information you provided will be used to contact you.
Personal Data That You Provide Through the Site: We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily choose to provide such information such as when you contact us with inquiries, respond to one of our surveys, register for access to the Calico Services or use certain Calico Services. You can use the Calico Fitness Totems and website information without providing any Personal Data however, as our service provides you personalised goals and targets for a healthy lifestyle you may not be able to use the Calico Services

Be aware that your participation in any exercise program may result in injury and you agree that any information, advice or instruction obtained by Calico.com.au is to be used totally at your own risk. Should you have any health care related questions please see your physician at the earliest opportunity.
By accepting the terms and conditions of this agreement you agree to release and discharge Calico.com.au including its subsidiaries, affiliates, or any of their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives and information providers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs from injury arising from your participation in any exercise program obtained from this web site.
EXCLUSIONS
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Data collected by Calico other than Personal Data collected through the Site. This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to Calico through this Site or to through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Site, such as bulletin boards (collectively, "Public Areas") any ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, "Unsolicited Information").
